JBKnowledge, Inc. was recently recognized by the Construction Marketing Association (CMA) annual STAR™ Awards for marketing excellence in the construction industry, particularly for their promotional literature and event marketing efforts.
The Construction Marketing Association STAR Awards recognize excellence in sixteen marketing categories and 78 sub-categories including advertising, branding, website design, social media, brochures, catalogs, new product launches, packaging, photography, promotions, publicity, merchandising, trade shows, videos, employee communications and integrated marketing campaigns, along with the Construction Marketer of the Year™. Judging criteria includes both execution and results.

JBKnowledge’s efforts in event marketing during their First Annual SmartBidNet User Conference, held in Austin, Texas last July, showed their experience and creativity in event organization and material design. The JBKnowledge Design & Marketing Team produced a mobile app, conference signage, handouts, presentations, augmented reality targets (for use with JBKnowledge’s SmartReality mobile and wearable app) and many other materials to enhance the conference interactivity and experience for all attendees. Planning for the Second Annual SmartBidNet User Conference, to be held July 10-12, 2016 in Austin, Texas, is now underway.
JBKnowledge also won a CMA STAR Award for their 2015 Construction Technology Report, an annual report which highlights survey responses from over 2,000 builders on IT strategy, budgeting and solutions. The report has become a valued resource for construction professionals wanting more insight on where they stand among their peers on technology adoption and strategy. Not only is the report an insightful wealth of data, it also contains infographic analysis throughout. Readers can easily comprehend the statistics within and clearly visualize the evolution of construction technology trends throughout the years of the report.
