We’re Headed to Chicago!
JBKnowledge’s ConTech Roadshow is nearing the end of its six-city tour, with only two dates left this year. Up next, The ConTech Roadshow will bring some of the construction industry’s hottest topics to Chicago’s Hyatt Lodge on Wednesday, October 16th. For the past three years, construction professionals passionate about improving their business have gathered at the one-day events for tech demonstrations, presentations, and local networking opportunities. Since its inception, The ConTech Roadshow has been to 14 cities across the US accompanied by partners such as Autodesk and Milwaukee Tool. Helping bring The ConTech Roadshow to Chicago in 2019 are title partners Mechanical Contractors Association of America and PeerAssist.
The ConTech Roadshow brings construction thought leaders, innovators, and influencers to major cities to present the latest in technology to construction professionals in their home cities. One part of the show that’s custom to each city of the tour is the panel of construction technology experts. In Chicago you’ll hear from Darren Roos of Bernards on Gamification, Travis Voss of Mechanical Incorporated on AR, and Tauhira Ali of Milwaukee Tool on AI.
Aside from the panel professional speakers from all walks of the industry will present on topics including technology adoption, BIM/VDC, Research & Development, and more! Scheduled presenters include JBKnowledge’s CEO, James Benham; The ConTechCrew podcast’s Jeff Sample, Josh Bone of CASSION, Rob McKinney of Rhumbix, and other industry experts. Attendees of Chicago’s Roadshow also have the opportunity to receive Construction Financial Management Association continuing professional education (CPE) credits.
The vendor showcase, featuring the latest tech-driven tools, will be open throughout the whole day. Attendees may meet one-on-one at the vendor showcase with dozens of representatives from Revizto, LINQ, Plexxis, and DeWalt, to name a few. All construction professionals and students are encouraged to attend!
Registration is still open for The ConTech Roadshow Chicago. The last stop of the 2019 tour will be in Dallas on December 10th. To register, learn more, or for a complete list of presenters and sessions, visit jbknowledge.com/roadshow.
