JBKnowledge, the maker of SmartBid, is excited to announce that the JBKnowledge ConTech Roadshow and SmartBid Academy will be making its way to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on July 13, 2017! Geek out with construction technology industry leaders and demo the latest technology including wearables, sensors, drones and more to experience the future of construction tech.
The JBKnowledge ConTech Roadshow will be a fast paced, interactive, one-day event with educational training sessions discussing everything from drone regulations and safety management to mobile data security and BIM implementation. All educational sessions will be sponsored by the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). The discussions will be led by Professional Speaker and ConTechTrio Podcast host, James Benham, BIM/VDC Specialist and ConTechTrio Co-Host, Josh Bone and ConAppGuru and ConTechTrio Co-Host, Rob McKinney.
Who is invited?
Any and all construction industry professionals and organizations are invited to participate, students included! A customizable schedule will cater to all skill sets and professions. (If you’re also a SmartBid user, note we’ll have a separate ‘SmartBid Academy’ just for you to get more training and education on the software – led by our Customer Service Director, Mark Fly!)
ConTech Roadshow Sessions Led by the ConTechTrio
Early bird registration (open until Monday, June 12th) is $105 per attendee. Cost will increase to $125 per person on Tuesday, June 13th. Registration includes hot breakfast and lunch buffets, a schedule filled with sessions and demos, hands-on technology experiences, and a closing networking reception.
SmartBid Academy for SmartBid Users
Early bird registration (open until Monday, June 12th) is $255 per attendee. Cost will increase to $295 per person on Tuesday, June 13th (normally $2,000+ per training session). Registration includes hot breakfast and lunch buffets, a customizable schedule filled with interactive training sessions led by the SmartBid team, hands-on technology experiences, and a closing networking reception. Be sure to bring a laptop or device to easily log in to the SmartBid system, since these will be interactive training sessions.
All attendees will be responsible for booking any travel and accommodation needed (parking is free).
