AI Delivery Manager

Requirements:

· Hands-on AI implementation experience with measurable adoption outcomes

· Consulting or professional services background

· Proven ability to lead organizational change around technology adoption

· Full professional fluency in English

· Mathematics or engineering background with LLM/ML experience

Responsibilities:

Lead AI implementation projects end-to-end, from scoping through delivery

· Define roadmaps, scope, timelines, and milestones for AI initiatives

· Drive organizational change management with skeptical or resistant teams toward adoption

· Design and deliver enablement sessions for audiences ranging from technical teams to executives

· Collaborate with account managers on client engagement and delivery strategy

· Build and develop a high-performing AI delivery team
