AI-Driven Fullstack Developer

Requirements:

Experience & Technical Stack (Required)

· 3+ years of experience building and shipping full stack applications.

· Frontend: React or similar frameworks (SolidJS, Vue, Angular).

· Backend: C#/.NET (e.g., .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core).

Engineering Practices (Required)

· Experience designing and maintaining automated tests.

· Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and technical trade-offs.

Ways of Working (Required)

· Experience with AI-assisted development using agentic tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity) as part of daily practice.

· Ability to own features end-to-end, create implementation plans, and coordinate delivery.

· Strong problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Language (Required)

· Strong written and spoken English (intermediate level or above).

Preferred Qualifications:

· React Router (framework mode) and component libraries such as Shadcn.

· Azure services (App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Key Vault).

· Mentoring engineers and active participation in technical discussions with proposals and recommendations.

· Observability and reliability practices across frontend and backend.

· Documenting APIs, code, and technical decisions to improve team and AI collaboration.

· Evaluating and adopting new tools and technologies.
