Database Developer

Senior SQL and ETL on Interbase/Firebird. Git-based workflow, Agile.

Requirements

Senior-level SQL skills
Experience with Interbase / Firebird databases
Senior-level experience with ETL processes
Python knowledge is a plus, not required
Experience working with version control repositories (Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps/Git)
Strong teamwork abilities
Prior experience working within Agile development methodologies

Work with SQL at a senior level, writing and optimizing queries for data processes
Manage and maintain Interbase / Firebird databases as part of daily operations
Design, build, and maintain ETL processes at a senior level
Use Python as a plus for automation and data-related tasks (desirable, not mandatory)
Collaborate using version control repositories (Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps/Git) as part of the regular workflow
Work closely with the team, contributing strong teamwork and communication skills
Participate actively in Agile development ceremonies and practices

Strong written and spoken English is required across roles, since we work with international teams. JBK hires in Argentina and South America.
