Backend Developer

Requirements:

· Strong communication skills in English.

· Comfortable with researching, reading source code, and reverse engineering.

· Ability to work with poorly documented technologies.

· Proficiency or advanced experience in object-oriented programming.

· Proficiency or advanced experience in TypeScript or JavaScript.

· Proficiency or advanced experience in C#.

· Proficiency or advanced experience in version control workflows (Git, SVN, etc.).

· Proficiency or advanced experience in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Next.js.

· Familiarity with .NET unit testing frameworks (XUnit, NUnit, etc.).

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps (Microsoft’s product).

· Familiarity with Azure Function Apps and/or container-based APIs on Azure App Services.

· Familiarity with cloud computing platforms in general, and specifically with Azure.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robust back-end and full stack components, with a focus on cloud integrations and the internal development platform.

· Collaborate on product design, especially in selecting technologies and approaches to solve problems.

· Build and enhance controllers and orchestrators for databases, key vaults, and other cloud resources.

· Work with DevOps, QA, and other cross-functional team members to ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable, and compliant software.

· Participate in development processes, contributing to iterative or continuous development, integration, testing, and deployment activities.

· Use a combination of experimentation, documentation, source code reading, and reverse engineering to achieve desired outcomes.

· Maintain continuous learning to adapt to changing business needs and emerging cloud technologies.
