Business Analist

Requirements:

· Proven experience in functional or business analysis roles within tech projects.

· Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

· Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Intermediate to advanced English.

· Desirable: experience with management tools such as Jira and Confluence, and basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools.

Responsibilities:

· Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements.

· Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, or flow diagrams.

· Participate in refinement and planning sessions with development teams.

· Validate technical deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives.

· Document processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
