Full-Stack Engineer – Ruby, Kotlin & Swift

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Tech Lead over a development team

· Production-level experience with Ruby

· Strong proficiency in MongoDB or other schemaless / NoSQL databases

· Strong experience with Swift for mobile development

· Experience with Kotlin for mobile development

· Python for scripting and backend development

· Frontend experience with Next.js and HTML/CSS

· AWS (EC2, S3) for cloud infrastructure

· Docker for containerization

· Comfortable working in Linux and macOS environments (we are a Mac shop)

Nice to Have:

· Dart & Flutter

· Redis

· PostgreSQL

· Django

Responsibilities:

Own the full technical stack end-to-end, from architecture decisions to hands-on development

· Design and maintain high throughput microservice architecture

· Lead DevOps practices including CI/CD, infrastructure management, and deployment pipelines

· Operate independently with minimal support after the onboarding phase

· Lay the technical foundation for a team that will be built around you as lead
