UI / UX Designer

Requirements:

· Hands-on UI/UX design experience on production SaaS or web-app products (portfolio required)

· Comfortable working embedded with product and engineering teams — not a hand-off model

· Bilingual Spanish / English, fluent in English working sessions, written and spoken

· Strong communicator, both written and verbal

· Solid foundations in interaction design, visual design, and design systems

· Experience running or contributing to user research

Responsibilities:

Partner with product managers and engineers from discovery to delivery on a live SaaS product

· Frame problems, scope projects, and define success criteria — not just push pixels

· Run user research: interviews, usability tests, and behavioral-data review

· Design end-to-end flows and individual screens: wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI

· Build and steward design system components, patterns, and documentation

· Translate complex domain workflows into clear, efficient user experiences

· Communicate ideas, decisions, and trade-offs across product, engineering, and leadership

· Manage feedback loops from internal stakeholders and users, and act on what matters
